We curate Furniture & Accessories that are sourced from luxurious silks, velvets and other natural or blended fabrics; even the minute details are combined with high-quality precision to deliver a bespoke experience.

Our Legacy
The history of Kanchi family is woven into the fabric of the city it was established in. Originally traders of the Indian Saree & specialty dress materials sourced from near for corners of India – the story of this family started in the Textile Markets of Bombay/Mumbai around 8 decades ago.
Harkishandas Mehta left his little village in Gujarat and arrived in Bombay empty handed in pursuit of work in 1947. He started off as an agent in the textile industry and soon built a team with his diligence and passion, to set up a business of trading unique sarees & dress materials under the banner of Bharti & Co. A stylish gent, he assumed the seat as the president of the Textile Market Association and saw his brand flourish in all corners of India.
His youngest son, Anil, in time, furthered the business and set up his own independent clientele selling more unique styles of dress materials & fabrics under the name of Bharti Enterprise & Kanchi Silks. Over the past 25 years the third generation, spearheaded by his son Kunal and wife Shobhna, has introduced the Kanchi brand and steered the business into the world of Interiors. Building on the philosophy of being different and always being ahead of the curve, today Kanchi is spread across all cities of India and has strong representation in showrooms and designer stores around the world like France, Italy, Germany, Russia, Middle East, Far East and USA. The brand operates multiple verticals to address small and large projects directly around the world with the most renowned names in the industry.
